Wellington Broker Associate Francis Hoet received a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Besides EngIish, she also speaks Spanish and French fluently, which has enabled her to assist people around the world find their dream home, barn or investment property, either for them or their horses.
She is very passionate about everything she does, and this is something clients like about her personality, since they can rest assured that she will work 24/7 until she finds them their dream property or until she sells their home.

She has been a jumper since she was a junior rider and, although she now enjoys competing as a tennis player, she is still very involved with the Equestrian world, since her husband Cesar Hirsch is an international equestrian judge and owner of EQUIS LLC Boutique, offering riding apparel for the discerning equestrian. She has four kids and in her free time she enjoys going to the horseshow, traveling and taking care of her orchid collection.

Her passion in Real Estate comes from her own experience as an investor and from being part of a family who has always been involved in the Real Estate business, both in Venezuela and the US. She is always on top of the market and looking for opportunities that may be of interest to her clients, from high end Wellington properties ready to move in to investment properties that have potential for improvement.
